Terms and conditions of purchase

The prices of all products from www.glorigb.mk are in denars and include VAT. Each buyer must first register in order to place an order. After completing the order, an e-mail will be sent to the address provided by the buyer, confirming the order but you will also see the confirmation on a separate page immediately after completing the order.

Delivery is free for an order amount greater than 1500,00 den. in any other case, 150,00 den. is charged for delivery. Delivery to a home address is carried out by the postal/cargo service.

The purchase can be made with the following payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, Diners, Mastercard SecureCode and the payment is made through our partner NLB Tutunska Banka. GloriGB also allows you to purchase with cash on delivery, but it should be noted that in most cases, delivery is slower and the buyer needs to confirm the order after being contacted by phone.

The product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer. All products are delivered within the specified deadline and conditions that the buyer selected when placing the order. Each buyer is obliged to check the product for possible damage during transport upon delivery, and if it is a larger shipment, to check whether any product is missing. If the product is delivered damaged, or a certain product is missing from the order, the buyer should inform us immediately so that the error can be quickly corrected.

In the event that the buyer wants to return the product through no fault of ours or the fault of the supplier and wants to be refunded the amount of the product, then the delivery cost, which varies according to the weight of the product, will be deducted twice from the final amount of the product. If the buyer wants to replace the product, he is obliged to keep it undamaged, unpacked and unused together with all attached documents.
